Island Time
I spent most of my weekend on the water or on the island with dad, dogs and plants sprouting up all around me.
I’ve temporarily turned off the auto-posting of my flickr photos because I’m posting so many. If you want to see some lazy dogs, lazy days and lazy fiddleheads just click here
I had to hold the cell phone out over the water for this shot. Luckily the waves were calm, or my phone would be under the sea.
So you go swimming with your glasses on too. (I wear lipstick as well.)
re: glasses – swimming no, kayaking yes. Well, most of the time. It was annoying to take them off ever time I wanted to take a photo, then put them back on to make sure I was paddling the right direction. So I just trusted dad’s bright red kayak was going the right direction.
Ok, i wasn’t THAT envious about kayaking, until i saw this picture.
Me too, me too please!
If it helps reduce the envy, I was completely EXHAUSTED when I took this photo. And because of the camera I swamped my kayak twice in four days. The river is not warm in May. (or even August.)
