Introducing: Chefs #LoveCDNBeef
I wanted to do something a little special as a Canadian Beef Ambassador. Something unique to unsweetened.ca, something that showcases the interesting and tasty things being done with Canadian Beef by Chefs in Canada. So today I’m announcing the launch of Chefs #LoveCDNBeef on unsweetened.ca
Each month I will introduce you to a new Chef and then I’ll share one of their recipes featuring Canadian Beef.
I have a great line up of Chefs already on board and expect to be sharing recipes that will excite your palate and expand your repertoire. The recipes will be ones you can make at home and before I publish the recipes, I will make each one myself. And of course, I’ll be photographing the process step-by-step, including any missteps because you might as well learn from my mistakes. You might even learn a new technique or get to try out a new cut of Canadian beef if you cook along with me.
I’ll be kicking things off with the first Chef tomorrow, so I hope you’ll come back and see who’s up for September in the Chefs #LoveCDNBeef on unsweetened.ca .

This is great! I’m really looking forward to this as both a cook and kid who grew up on a cattle farm!
Thanks Melanie, another Chef is preparing his recipe as I speak for our October Chefs #LoveCDNBeef recipe!
I’d love to hear what you think of the first recipe from Chef Matt Kantor http://unsweetened.ca/2012/09/chef-matt-kantors-beef-short-ribs.html
