    Hi,
for those of you who found this entry by searching “amoxicillin red dots”, and I know a couple of you did…
HERE is what the doctor at the clinic recommended I do
    – take benadryl!
I have had this allergic reaction or rash aka “red dots” occur multiple times. Often it starts with small dots on my wrists and ankles. They hurt and are itchy.
It has occasionally taken over most of my trunk and legs. One night when it was really bad and I couldn’t get to a drug store for the benadryl, I started scratching in my sleep. Bad idea!!! My skin swelled until it was tight.
Calamine lotion does very little to ease the itching, though I’ve found Oatmeal baths do help.

Day 34 – Friday – It all started with a little itch like this.

As it turns out there is a problem with the dishwasher. It showed up after I loaded it last week. So this morning I’m hanging out at the house working and waiting for the dishwasher repair guy. Until he arrived
