Friday 4 Ways

Street Grass
Waiting In the Shade
$1 Gets You...
Chicken Tikka Wrap

My Friday was very full, but so is my laptop.

So after the street filled with grass, the woman waiting in the tree's shadow, the man who'll take $1 to allow you to vent your frustration at him for 30 seconds, and one of the best things to eat in Ottawa – Shafali's Chicken Tikka Wrap…

There was the play'rs on the bus, the bucket of beer, the Clocktower, Black & Bleu Burgers and the cousins.

So perhaps you'll take a
video of Tikka Wrap assembly in lieu of radical 4-way differences.

I loved that quote – reminds me of when I was in an aqua bus in Venice on vacation. I was 14. This little South African girl (who was 10 and had the most hauntingly beautiful of voices – like Kirsten Dunst in Diary of a Vampire, but with a South African accent) looked sadly around at the beautiful architecture that she was passing and said : “Look, Mummy. All of this beauty will be taken by the sea in twenty years. How dreadful.” Hearing such a little voice mourn for the loss of something like this (of course the present-day me believes in the power of science and technology in helping with this predicament) really touched me immensely.
