QotD: Words To Live By

I’ve never been big on mottos, but adages, now that’s something I can get behind.

Never go to a party where you’re the most interesting person there. 

This is my most recent motto based on real life experiences.  Oh sure, it’s great for your ego the first time.  But after that it feels a bit like you’re a university student crashing a high school party.  You’re just there to get laid…  You’ve already heard your own stories, laughed at your own jokes and seen how sexy you are in those pants.  Just stay home with a good book.

or lemon marmalade, or lemon tart… oooooh lemon tart.  Damn, I make a mean lemon tart! Even if Junkii won’t try it.

I guess I could try bringing lemon tart to those parties… hummmmmmm
