The Saffron Tree at Gerrard & Elizabeth offers a decent Indian lunch buffet ($8.95).  Not a CheapEat for lunch since lunch for 2 with 1 drink each came to almost $30.  But worth it if you are hungry.  Lots of vegetarian options on the buffet along with 4 meat options.
