Squidoo Two Woo Hoo

After the positive response to Squidoo Lens #1 – Gourmet Gifts, (completely ignoring Venus' comments on my grater-fetish) I figured I'd spend a little time finishing  up Squidoo Lens #2 – my Essential Cookbooks lens.   (Yes, this squidoo thing is almost as addictive as vox… and damned near as easy. But I didn't believe Katr when she said it months ago, why would you believe me?)

Yes… yes… there is a point.  I'm testing out the Plexo feature that *should* let me "Add this Plexo list as a widget on your blog, site, forum, whatever."   If this works anyone  who wants to should be able to grab this list and reuse it on their blog, site, forum, whatever, too.

Ready, set, save…..

Okay, it worked over on unsweetened.ca.  Looks like another Vox-no-likely-other-people’s-scripts.

Hey Lex, Some feedback here about your plexo at unsweetened.ca.  I tried to vote by clicking on the plexo and it took me right to Squidoo. I suppose it’s supposed to do that. Seth Godin’s does the same from his blog. It forced me to sign into Squidoo before I voted. Rather inconvenient if I weren’t a squid myself. Maybe a note to the reader, warning them that they will be directed to another site to vote?

Nice lens though. Habit forming as heck. Check mine. Lens rank been under 500 for two weeks. http://www.squidoo.com/battle/  Not real commercial, but some funny stuff.

What do you think?
