Hmm, can I add a few staples? Like rice, milk, and sugar? Can I throw a fish in too? I’d make a warm salsa with the tomato and peppercorns, as a garnish for a white fish, and I’d make rice pudding with the cardamom and star anise.

Amanda – the fragrances were heady when I did this series of shots!  Malasian… yum!  What do you order????

margotinto – I think dinner would be a little strange if you didn’t throw in some pantry items.  Love your meal… when is dinner again?
