Even Hannah Couldn’t Stop Us
We are safely home on the island and missed all the adventures and potential misadventures associated with arriving during the tail end of Tropical Storm Hannah.
In fact we couldn’t have asked for better weather when we arrived. Though just 4 hours earlier it was still raining and blowing.
The wind is up again so we haven’t had a run for supplies. And we are running a little low on beer, gin + whisky. I guess we’ll have to drink wine.
And since supplies does include fresh meat, I guess we’ll have to make due with fresh linguine in clam sauce tonight. Humm… or we might make oriecchetti instead. Life is so hard.
