5YAT – Doughnut French Toast

Today’s food was leftovers.  Breakfast was stale doughnut french toast.  It works very well Home Fires Burningwith doughnuts, especially the cakey ones.  The poufy ones are significantly less good.

The ice is still in on the glen-side, but it’s gone again on the shore-side. (need a better name for that side.) Sore throat getting sorer, I blame it on yelling at the dogs. Mainly spent the day knitting beside the fire and tucked under a blanket.
