It’s an Apple Crumb Cake Kind of Day

My lazy morning starts with coffee brightened with reindeer milk, a clean kitchen thanks to my mother-in-law, and Apple Crumb Cake.

Using julienned apple, Gay Lea Gold Sour Cream, only 1 egg (oops), with some other lex-mods the cake was inspired by Martha Stewart’s New York crumb cake (the one on her site. is not the same as the one in her new book – Martha Stewart’s Cakes)  Sure is good!

Here’s hoping the family stays in bed a little longer!
