Found a Friend in Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach

On our last night in Florida, we spent some time on Clematis Street in West Palm Beach.

Turns out they have a concert every Thursday nights – Clematis by Night – and the street is filled with restaurants, bars and other places to hang out and have a great time.

But they also have a library!   The Mandel Public Library.  2 very interesting things about the library are: 1. there is a Dunkin’ Donuts IN the library.  So you can sit, read a book, do some research while you sip a coffee and get your fingers sticky on a sugary carby treat.  The WIFI is excellent too.

One of the first books Gerry saw was this one:

You might recognize it from previous posts about our friend Tara, her book The Whuffie Factor and her cross-country book tour – Whuffaoke.  It’s cool finding a friend when you are on the road.
