CEOT: Taste of Winterlude

Night Lights Winter is finally here and Ottawa is about to start it's Winterlude celebrations.  If you've never been in Ottawa for Winterlude it's a great time to visit, skate the canal (which I'm told will be open and frozen early February) and enjoy the cold.

But for those of you who want to celebrate by sipping wine and perusing a menu, Taste of Winterlude is the event for you.  It starts tonight – January 19th, and runs until February 1, 2007.   Each restaurant is offering a prix fixe dinner menus of $20, $30 or $45 per person.  The menus
include appetizer or soup or salad, entrée and dessert, and reservations are
advisable.

Over on the CheapEats Ottawa blog (CEOTblog.com), we've broken the list of participating restaurants into 4 categories:

For the restaurants that provided their menus in advance, we've also highlighted one of the entrees just to give you a feel for what they are offering for Taste of Winterlude.
