I’m supposed to be on a plane. A plane back to Toronto. I booked for today so that I would get one last night on the island last night before flying out.
Instead, I crossed and stayed ashore last night to avoid the impending storm.
I got to the airport before the snow flew, but now I’m sitting in the boarding lounge in Saint John waiting for a "window of clearance". "Window" eh?
When the flight was supposed to leave they put a call out for 6 people willing to wait until tomorrow, and while we waited the weather got worsed.

Right now we are experiencing "near white out conditions". I can’t even see the tarmack, let alone the plane on it… and it’s no more than 100 feet away.

No point in photographing that.

I have a feeling I won’t be home tonight.
